こんにちは。大会まで２か月を切りました。
事務局では、名簿調整も終わり、参加案内発送に向けて仕事を進めています。
選手の皆さんは大会に向けて暑い中、練習に励まれていることでしょう。
現場に向かう途中でも多くの選手を拝見します。
そこで、事務局からのお願いです。
１）下山時の事故に気を付けましょう。
・自転車は自動車などと比べ小さいため、速度が速くないものと思われがちです。そのため、急な飛び出しをされることも・・・
・事故で怪我をして大会に出られないのでは面白くありませんよね。安全な速度で周囲の交通に気を付けて下山してください。
２）マナーよく練習してください。
・殆どの選手は非常にマナーが良く、多くの方にマナーの良さではご好評いただいています。ただ、「信号無視をしていた」なんて苦情を受けたこともありました。
・赤城ヒルは、市街地から始まるのが面白さの一つのレースです。市街地からのレースを開催し続けるためにもマナーよく、他者を気遣っていただけるとありがたいです。
上記のように書いてしまいましたが、多くの選手は手信号もしっかり出し、歩行者の近くでは徐行するなど、マナーが良くて他者の見本となれる方ばかりです。
胸を張って大会に向けた練習に励んでください。ケド、熱中症にはお気を付けを！
